Full paper submission
All authors should submit their papers through the submission portal shown above, powered by Microsoft’s Conference Management Toolkit (CMT). Full papers should be submitted before the deadline using the conference template and should be 4–6 pages long.
Each submission will be reviewed on:
- Quality of content
- Significance for theory and/or practice
- Originality and level of innovation
- Thematic relevance to the Call for Papers
- Quality of presentation
After the review process, authors will be notified of the Conference Committee’s decision.
Camera-ready submission
Authors of accepted papers will be invited to upload a camera-ready submission. Papers must meet the following criteria to be published in the conference proceedings on IEEE Xplore:
- Reviewers’ comments have been taken into consideration.
- The paper passes the plagiarism detection system.
- The paper follows the instructions in the conference template.
- The English language and grammar are correct.
- The IEEE copyright form has been signed and submitted.
IEEE copyright forms will be signed electronically. After completing the form, authors should download the PDF and upload it to the submission portal shown above.
Camera-ready papers should be uploaded in both .docx and .pdf formats. After the submission deadline, papers will be reviewed and checked for plagiarism using IEEE CrossCheck / iThenticate. If a paper does not meet the criteria above, authors will receive the review result and may make changes within 10 days. After the final check, a final accept or reject decision will be sent.
Authors may suggest their preferred presentation format (oral or poster); the Technical Program Committee will make the final decision.
