Call for Papers

Submit a 4–6 page paper to EE&AE 2026, the international conference on energy efficiency and agricultural engineering, held in Bulgaria in November.

Dear Colleagues,

The Organizing Committee of the 2026 11th International Conference on Energy Efficiency and Agricultural Engineering (EE&AE) kindly invites you to submit a paper.

The event will take place at SPA Hotel Calista, Starozagorski Bani (15 km away from Stara Zagora), Bulgaria, from 3–6 November 2026. The aim of the conference is to provide a platform for discussion and exchange of ideas for academics, scientists, engineers, PhD students, and business professionals in the fields of energy and agriculture.

Venue: SPA Hotel Calista, Starozagorski Bani, Bulgaria
Format: In-person and virtual participation

Paper submission

Authors should prepare their papers using the IEEE paper template and submit both Microsoft Word and PDF versions through the EE&AE 2026 Conference Management System.

Submissions should be 4–6 pages long. Each author may participate in at most three papers. Each submission will be reviewed by at least two reviewers.

Each accepted paper must be presented by at least one of its authors in an in-person or virtual session.

Main topics of the conference

The main topics include, but are not limited to, energy efficiency, renewable energy sources, circuits and systems, precision agriculture, the Internet of Things, and ICT, big data, machine learning, entrepreneurship, and education in the above-mentioned fields.

Conference language

The official language of the conference is English. All papers must be written in English.

Participation

The EE&AE 2026 conference will be held in hybrid form. Authors may choose one of the following presentation formats:

  • In-person oral presentation
  • In-person poster presentation
  • Virtual oral presentation
  • Virtual poster presentation

At least one author of every accepted paper must present it during a conference session. Only presented papers will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, Scopus, and Web of Science.
