Fee details

  1. The fee includes full access to all technical (oral and poster) sessions, the welcome reception, the gala dinner, the coffee breaks, the lunches, the conference proceedings, the conference kit (conference bag, badge, booklet, etc.), and submission of up to three conference papers to IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
  2. In addition to *, this fee also includes accommodation during the conference.
  3. The accompanying person fee includes full access to all technical (oral and poster) sessions, the welcome reception, the gala dinner, the coffee breaks, and the lunches.
  4. The online participation fee includes submission of up to three conference papers to IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

Accommodation information

  • The fees with accommodation included are for a double room in SPA Hotel Calista with two accommodated persons in the period 3–6 November 2026 (three nights).
  • The number of double rooms negotiated with SPA Hotel Calista is limited. Therefore, if you select such a fee, you will receive confirmation from the conference organizers whether this option is still available.
